Hi there ! in the past we have taped them closed and placed them for food items in the house center, we have also taped them closed, painted them and used them as oversized blocks in the block center ! Fun fun !!
light and peace
I use the in my first grade clasroom as puzzles. I just cut off the front and then cut them into 9 pieces. Throw them in a zip lock baggie...and ta da a free puzzle. Some of the kids have even told me they do this with their cereal at home.
I glued a stack of them together to make a mailbox for each kid's school work. When they get full I can go through and keep what I want. Makes it easier for the end of the school year.
